We thought it would be fun to share some facts about who we are and how we’ve grown over the years here at Bear’s Plumbing Services.

We are a family-owned and operated business that’s been proudly serving the community since 2005. But our journey actually started long before that—Bear has been plumbing for more than half of his life! He got his start way back in 1989, when he joined a work-study program at Klein High School.

Back in the early ‘90s, plumbing hadn’t changed much in over 50 years. But over the last two decades, the industry has evolved drastically, and we’ve kept pace with those changes every step of the way. We make it a priority to stay educated and ready to install top-of-the-line, cutting-edge plumbing systems for our customers. Our operations have transformed from manual paper scheduling to state-of-the-art, fully paperless systems. This allows us to keep our customers informed on scheduling, invoicing, receipts, and even recurring maintenance schedules in real-time. In fact, we implemented these advanced systems for the first time in 2020, and it’s been a game-changer!

One thing that hasn’t changed is Bear’s dedication to excellent service and the community. We are Rinnai certified installers and Kohler Generator certified installers and maintenance contractors. Our membership in the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) reflects our commitment to industry excellence. We take your safety seriously—all of our technicians are licensed, insured, fingerprinted, and background-checked through the great state of Texas.

Bear learned from the best plumbers in the state, and it’s an honor for us to carry forward that training and craftsmanship in every job we do. As longtime members of the Klein community, our roots run deep. Our kids attended Klein and Tomball schools, and we worship in the area. It’s a privilege to serve our friends and neighbors with the high-quality plumbing services we stand for.

On a personal note, Bear is more than just a master plumber—he’s a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and business owner. His commitment to his family and his business is at the core of everything we do at Bear’s Plumbing Services.
