We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of some unfortunate information about Eternal Tankless Water heaters. It has come to our attention that Grand Hall USA, the manufacturer of Eternal water heaters, has gone out of business. Therefore we can no longer get parts.

Some issues can be resolved without parts, so please do contact us if you have any issues. Issues needing parts would most likely require replacement of the unit with a different brand or style of water heater.

I have personally called the Eternal Water Heater company in Canada and they are not aware of what happened to the US company, however they have received lots and lots of calls.  We have been put on a very long list of contacts to let us know of any updates they may have.  The Canadian based company will assist with technical support but they are not allowed to sell to US customers.
