Another day last week…

So last week I posted my husbands very first Facebook video, this week I am sharing my very first video.  Man this was hard, not gonna lie.  Totally out of my comfort zone, but I think it is important to be real.  I have been involved in so many bible studies over the years and being real is so very important.  In a world full of perfect social media posts it is hard to know what is real and true.  I totally respect the companies that have made commercials, statements and videos on what they are trying to do for their employees, customers and community.  Yes we are an essential business as mandated by the government, but we have been that since indoor plumbing was created.  Keeping fresh water and waste water separate has been our number one mission since the creation of the plumber.  I recently received and email that got me thinking.  Plumbing is not easy, there are long hours, heavy equipment, heavy labor, & a whole list of  gross things that trigger our gag reflex.

To be a plumber, you have to be made for the trade.  You have to be strong, smart, patient and persistent.  Plumbing is so much more than a trade. It’s a craft! Parallel lines and metallic shimmer, plumbing installations are extremely technical works of art!  From propress to solder. Pipe to fixture. Repair to remodel. We respect the skill, craftsmanship and artistry, not to mention a whole lotta math; that go into every plumbing job.

My family, the 8 families we employee and I thank you for supporting our business.
